This class wasn’t just about selling. It was also about communication. Once I finished that course, I wanted to flood the back. You don’t realize that the more you flood the back with work, the more jobs get done by your techs. Having successful body and collision shop owners giving the class gave us lots of data and the open discussions produced tons of ideas.
We are able to give our customers a lot more understanding of the work to be done and communicate better with our technicians. We have a better CSI (Customer Service Index) with our insurance companies. Our income stablized as we filled the gaps and increased sales. My average repair order went up by 8% and our car count also increased. We now process more vehicles than ever.
